Palmers Roofing is a small family team, not a franchise or call centre. The person who visits to quote your roof is the person who returns to do the work. That gives you one point of contact from the first call through to the final walk-through, and a clear answer when you have a question.
A free quote starts at the property. Where it is safe, we get on the roof and look at the whole system, not only the visible leak: tiles or sheets, ridge capping, valleys, flashings, gutters and downpipes. We give you a written, itemised quote with photos of anything we find, showing what needs doing now and what can reasonably wait. If your roof is fine, we will tell you that.
We confirm the start time the day before, protect gardens and paths, and keep the site tidy while we work. Before leaving, we clean up; on metal roofing jobs this includes a magnet sweep for loose screws and nails. If we uncover something beneath the tiles or sheets that changes the scope, we stop and talk it through before spending your money.
The Illawarra has tiled and metal roofs, often on the same street. We work on older tiled homes through Corrimal, Figtree and Warilla, as well as newer Colorbond estates through Shell Cove and Albion Park.
